U vindt in ons aanbod onroerende goederen uit het ruime gebied van de West-Vlaamse kust gaande van Knokke tot De Panne en in West-Vlaanderen van het polderlandschap in Damme, over het stedelijk gebied Brugge tot Roeselare. Ook in Oost-Vlaanderen kunnen wij u in de regio Meetjesland en Aalter van dienst zijn.
    Wij staan dan ook elke dag voor u paraat met ons dynamisch team dat u volgende diensten aanbiedt: verkoop en verhuur, waarderamingen, proffessionele schattingen (los van het immo-gebeuren) en advies inzake bouwpromotie en verkavelingen.

      • - Very dissatisfied with this broker. We sold our house with them, but they did not follow up the file properly at all. Due to their administrative error, we incurred several thousand euros in additional costs that the notary deducted. They pushed this aside and suddenly could no longer be reached. Good sellers, but not honest ones. Some defects in our home that we pointed out to the buyers were also deliberately concealed by them. It is simply not an honest company, so be very careful before working with them and certainly do not give them complete trust.

      • - Very bad experience, called a few times, sent an email but got a response back, after literally calling 10 times someone answered the line saying this house has already been sold, after 2 weeks it is always on the side. Called again more than 10 times and said again this house was sold. This house is still standing but has now been taken over by another real estate agency (DCM), which has now become even more expensive from 225,000 to 289,000.
