Not very impressed. When you contact them via immoweb, they seldom call you back. Instead you are put on a mailinglist and start receiving irrelevant rental proposals. When they did call me back, it was for the wrong property.

We used Latour et petit to find apartment in Bruxelles while we were abroad. We are extremely happy with the service. Our agent Nathan Deman was very helpful and very kind to arrange a video tour of our apartment, also to promptly reply to all our questions and to arrange our etat de lieux. The pictures and videos he made were good and well explained so
that made our decision very easy even if we were thousands of kilometers away.
Absolutely recommend the agency and Nathan!

We bought an apartment in Brussels with them and we are very happy with proffesional service and complete and quick information from the agent Pierre. I recommand them to all who are interested in buying or selling an apartment or house.

To start with, If I could I would have scored this poor, unprofessional customer service less than one star, no one is in charge!! We tried from abroad and from Brussels to desperately book an appointment and visit an apartment and that for more than 10 days even though we emphasized on the urgency of the request.. snowball's chance in hell!! The trainee on the phone kept confusing between rent and buy. She argued that all staff were on team building according to her. All our calls and messages to the agent (Arnaud) supposed to be in charge were left unanswered. In addition, all the different persons in the agency who kept promising to come back to us with a follow up, never did it! They seemed off duty all long.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find the appartement we were interested in (Etterbeek) in another agency, that was the only reason we armed ourselves with more than needed patience.
Finally, I cannot imagine how untrustworthy this agency is when we put ourselves in landlords’ shoes! A waste of time and energy!! Awful experience!!
