      • - Easily accessible by telephone and email. Once on site he sells 'well'. Provides incorrect information, information that is actually very important. Eg: moisture, installing a 2nd toilet works perfectly (this is not possible in the house), garden is oriented south-west (turns out not to be true at all). He also said that we could move in in April. (Afterwards, the buyers announced that they had not yet left in April.) He also pushed to sign without a condition precedent, otherwise the buyers would not agree so quickly or would not agree. (Afterwards I heard from the buyers that this was not the case at all.) Other parties had to wait a very long time for paperwork, so it took more than 1.5 months before we had signed our compromise. Definitely not recommended to work with.
