      • - Terrible service. Never buy an apartment where Jalo is the syndic. nothing but misery, no or poor communication, Changing your address fails time and time again. very expensive. nothing good to say about it.

      • - Unfriendly, even rude treatment. Poor communication and opaque invoices. Way too expensive for the service you get. Completely inadvisable

      • - Communication and service is non-existent. They are extremely expensive compared to other syndics and only take action after repeated emails and telephone calls. Even a registered notice of default by the VME from the entire syndic is not responded to.
