We bought our house through Wolfs real estate and the follow-up was flawless. The commitments are respected and we really appreciated the human contact we had with Mr. Herman. Only positive for us, we recommend!

Professionalism 0 Empathy 0 The property I live in was put up for sale on December 14, 2022 for the second time in 5 years, not notified by the agency but by my neighbor. It seems that it was the owner who was supposed to contact me. What is the point of mandating if it is to do the work yourself. SOLD poster still not notified, I contact Mr Lesecque who tells me not to worry, I have to sign the option, then the compromise then the deed and that takes time. I'll keep you posted, don't worry. 8 days ago I received a call from the new owners to tell me that I will receive a 6 month notice of waiver. In addition, I unfortunately lost my
husband on April 26, I notified the agency and nothing, not even a message or a call to offer their condolences. I would like to point out that I have known the agency for years and that my husband and I have worked there. In fact, you and I tenants or future owners are just business for them. On the other hand, thank you to the kind lady or young lady who made the visits, she is very professional, smiling and does her best to ensure that everything goes well . Wolfs commercial, never again.

Scandalous. Less than an hour before a scheduled visit, the agent calls me to cancel because I didn't confirm the appointment (I didn't know I was supposed to?!) and 3 visits have canceled. So waiting 1/2 hour bothered him. Despite my insistence, nothing happened, he preferred to go home earlier than to carry out a visit on behalf of his client who pays an agency to do this. Agency not to be recommended at all costs.
When a company uses FALSE REVIEWS on Google, it's often a bad sign...(people who only give an evaluation, coincidentally 5 stars...and weird names to boot...)
