The worst real estate agency ever, to be absolutely avoided. I have had problems with hot water, heating and humidity on several occasions and the manager does not respond to emails or phone calls. When you call the office (phone only accessible in the morning), you are told that there is no one available to speak to and everyone blames each other within the agency by blaming their colleague and internal problems. I have never seen such amateurs, no professionalism and no professional conscience. The only way to react to them is to threaten to take the matter to court.
