Agency filled with incompetents! I submit an application I am promised a return within a week I give my express notice for the good wished and I have no return! I had to call the agency every week to get an answer that was finally negative! Serious in Beaufils, I find myself on the street all because of a small agent who thinks only of his profit instead of housing people. Never go to them they are incompetent disrespectful and don't even consider you!!!!!! To flee!!!!

3 months deposit for an unfurnished apartment (studio) in Nivelles ???!!!! Rent of 470 euro, ok with inflation let's say… But you are supposed to remain a legal minimum in your steps! STOP! the agencies that accept all the absurd conditions of the owners!!!

We went through this agency with my husband for an apartment rental. The staff is very friendly, the follow-up is constantly done, the appointments are respected, there is nothing negative to say. I recommend !

Very bad experience. No case tracking. Mr Liam, does no file follow-up, and does not even read his messages, and does not answer any email. No follow-up of requests, in position of tenant.
However, very good telephone contact with a lady from the agency, very professional and kind.
Damage. But I absolutely do not recommend.
