    Immo VDB is een jong, dynamisch en vooruitstrevend kantoor. Als makelaar begon ik op zelfstandige basis te werken in het jaar 2000 met als gevolg de oprichting van het kantoor en de vestiging te Aarschot op de Bekaflaan. Onze dagelijkse taken bestaan uit de bemiddeling in de verkoop van onroerend goed tussen verkoper(s) en koper(s) enerzijds en anderzijds uit de bemiddeling in de verhuur tussen verhuurder(s) en huurder(s).

      • - Lies! About the building below me that has been rented out. She doesn't know anything, so to speak. I keep asking questions and suddenly she says the owner's name. I say ah, you know that person, right? Erm......I don't know anything about that. I then said, what about this conversation being recorded and she said someone else handled the case. SO..... EPC is not compliant according to my notary. Was a d in 2014 and they only painted in the store. Either it's yes or it's no, but no nonsense!

      • + Griet knows what she is doing in real estate. Everything is always correct in terms of paperwork and they also help with everything. Real estate VDB is highly recommended to work with. She takes the buyer into account and listens because the buyer wants to move from home or rent a house, thanks brill for the help.
