    We geloven dat Immovasta moet blijven innoveren. Één van de belangrijkste investeringen is uw vastgoed. Juist daarom vinden wij dat bij de verkoop hiervan, de makelaar een meerwaarde moet betekenen. Wij zijn er om samen met u een strategie te bepalen en de beste prijs te krijgen in een zo kort mogelijke termijn.

      • + My negative prejudice towards Immomakelaars has been amply adjusted by the collaboration with Immovasta. For the rental of my house in Borgerhout, I was expertly assisted by Sigi Van Campenhout, who responded quickly and adequately to problems that arose during the rental process and assisted me with advice and action. Friendly, transparent, open communication, acting quickly when necessary, expert, correct and respectful to both me as the landlord and the tenants. I felt very supported and was literally relieved throughout the entire rental process from start to finish. The end result was that within 4 weeks my house was rented out to tenants who really fit into my house. Thank you, Sigi! I can recommend this Immo office to everyone.

      • + I went into business with Immo Vasta because I immediately had a good feeling, they listen, nothing is forced and they think along in a solution-oriented way if unforeseen circumstances arise. They can always be reached by telephone and I was always informed about the progress of visits or negotiations with the buyers. Even when the buyers were very reluctant, Immo Vasta took the time and effort to mediate to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. A great collaboration in which I felt perfectly guided and supported.
