    Wij zijn Immo Top Invest, vastgoedexpert in Limburg sinds 2008. Gestart met de verkoop van vastgoed, ondertussen uitgebreid met eigen projectontwikkeling en een topservice van a tot z. We stemmen vraag en aanbod in de vastgoedmarkt nog beter op elkaar af, en ondersteunen je maximaal in de zoektocht naar kopers voor je vastgoed, nieuwe woning of appartement.

    Daan Mullens richtte Immo Top Invest op 27-jarige leeftijd op, niet veel later stapte zijn vrouw Sabrina Govaerts mee in het verhaal. Ondertussen groeiden we uit tot een team van 25 professionele medewerkers, die elke dag klaar staan voor zowel particulieren als professionele investeerders.

      • - As a buyer we had the right to know who had bought the plot next door...! Did they already have an environmental permit? What type of construction they would build, classical or modern? With or without a sloping roof? Was it possible to contact these people? All our questions remain unanswered! After we bought it, we found out that the plot next to it already had an approved environmental permit. We are now going to sell the land at a loss anyway. Thank you for causing us so much damage! I advise prospective buyers to be extra careful.

      • - When we were looking for a new home, I called immotopinvest. I specified that we were looking for a house with 3 bedrooms and an attic in or around Hasselt. They asked about our budget. When I dropped 400,000, I was immediately labeled as a poor person. According to the employee on the phone, this was not nearly enough for what we asked for. She was very arrogant and condescending. I didn't even have time to say whether it was excl or incl VAT, finished or shell,... I was immediately rejected. I would have to look outside Hasselt because we wouldn't get there with our budget. The way it was said was very unfriendly, pretentious and also very premature. Because in the meantime we have found projects that fell within this budget. They are very stubborn in negotiations about the price of their new-build homes. There is actually little to negotiate with because they do not want to make any concessions. It's their price, or nothing. Also in this experience the employee was very unfriendly and arrogant.
