I would also like to share my experience with Immo Ter Duin and Michel. We have had absolutely no problem whatsoever, and I don't understand where the comments below come from. Our experience with the office was perfectly fine and I would absolutely recommend Immo ter duin to future tenants. I'd say don't mind the negative comments below. It is very simple to do something wrong yourself and then write a negative review on Google afterwards.

Reading these reviews I have to be shocked and find it hard to believe that we are talking about the same office and the same person. We rented an apartment in 2017-2018 through Immo and Michel. All agreements were very clear and transparent. Michel was 100% professional and everything went PERFECTLY. Deposit paid back perfectly on time and what was deducted was discussed in advance and correct. According to my experience, I can only recommend the office and Michel.

As a tenant I have positive experiences with Immo Ter Duin. This broker is clear and straightforward, arranges everything that needs to be arranged and responds quickly when something needs to be arranged.
My parents have also been very satisfied with his services as property manager of the building in which they live for years and they too can count on a correct and transparent approach. They have a lot of knowledge and experience and live for their profession.
