Very disappointed with this agency, lack of seriousness.
After visiting the apartment at the beginning of June and giving my agreement for the rental, two weeks later I received confirmation that the owner was in agreement. I asked several times to send me the documents and the account number to pay the guarantee. They made me wait on the pretext that he didn't have time. Two weeks later I learn that they offered the apartment to another candidate and that the owner had chosen the other candidate. I have canceled other visits and find myself without accommodation for me in September. These disrespectful and I plan to sue the agency to claim damages.
