A boss who is as unpleasant as possible who almost yells at us on the phone because we are calling her to establish an inventory of fixtures and because they "are on vacation!". They charge us €480 for an exit cleaning service for a 50m2 but impossible to see the invoice for the service performed. A shame !

Shockingly unpleasant and dishonest boss.

No responses by email, no response by phone, when we go there they scold us saying that the boss doesn't know how to receive us. The files drag on and when we point it out we are attacked by this same boss.
It's shameful to offer such services, with no follow-up. You get paid for work you don't do.
Deadlines for receiving your rental guarantee: 1 year.
I hope you are not in a hurry to review your €2,500 committed when signing the contract. And in any case you won't get the whole thing back because they deduct astronomical sums for fallacious reasons. (Boiler maintenance without proof of invoices, -400€ for evacuation of two bags of green waste to the container park,...)

I have known this agency for 6 years. I live in accommodation where they were mandated by the owner.
At first, I was moderately satisfied.
For 1 year, recurring heating problem.
They can't find tradespeople to move around. The electrician makes a diagnosis over the phone. Figure it out !!!
Recently, at the end of November, there was a water leak in my home. I contacted them and requested urgent intervention on a Thursday afternoon.
No one from the team will come.
A handyman who didn't speak a word of French came the next evening.
Inactivity led to more significant damage to my home and the entire building.
My room has become unsanitary. Humidity and 15 degrees in the room.
I send emails...
But nothing.
Total incompetence. We don't solve anything...
I understand other people's criticisms.

Google reviews don't lie. 4 attempts to contact by different means (email, telephone, message on their site, message via immoweb), no response.. really a zero point. “Agency” that shouldn’t even exist. It must be great for owners who rent their property there 🤣

Hello, so in all sincerity...it's total incompetence or even contempt for the citizen, they don't respond to emails, not to phones, not to SMS messages...unheard of on my part ...no consideration or understanding for our young people who are starting their school year.
Really no respect...not recommended at all because these signs can hide others such as the return of the guarantee or other imaginary work!!!!
