Definitely not a fair party to do business with. At first glance they may seem 'friendly' (albeit!) and with good intentions, but deliver amateur copy-paste documents and don't keep their promises. If you ask me, stay away!!
They have some reviews below with 5 stars but those are friends and even relatives. Says enough I think.

Made an appointment via e-mail to view a property, took time off from work to get there on time and waited a long time on site. The broker did not show up. We called them, and they said they would find out who was showing the property and call us right back. They haven't said anything more.
