    Immo Helsen, geleid door Marianne Helsen, is een vastgoedkantoor met een eigen visie op de begeleiding van de particulier bij zijn vastgoedtransacties.
    Deze visie kwam tot stand na diverse succesvolle jaren van vastgoedadvies in gerenommeerde kantoren uit de regio Kempen / Antwerpen.
    Immo Helsen wil een vastgoedkantoor zijn dat dicht bij de mensen staat, met professioneel advies, op maat. Onderscheidend door een regelmatige interactie met de eigenaar en vooral door een persoonlijke begeleiding.

      • - Made an appointment to view the apartment on the open viewing day, but two days before the date I received a phone call from the real estate office that the apartment had already been sold. This is not a decent appointment for an office that has been around for years. Not reliable.

      • - Immo Helsen sold my neighbors house. Out of curiosity, I went to look at the advertisement on the site. I saw a few mistakes there. Among other things, a 100-year difference in year of construction: it said 1987 while it may be more like 1887. I emailed about this but unfortunately never received a response. And it was not adjusted on the site either. The house has now been sold. And I can only hope that the new owners won't be too shocked when they read the deed.
