      • - Unfortunately there is no possibility to give 0 stars. I was laughed at and called names on the phone for an alleged mistake I didn't make - if I remember correctly this great customer experience came from Inge. Definitely to be avoided - and judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one... A pity, because my previous experiences with the office a few years ago were good, but since the departure of a few employees it appears to be going downhill with the office in Ghent.

      • - I can only recommend staying away from this unprofessional and highly unfriendly office as much as possible. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company in any industry.
