      • - After 3 years as a tenant under a syndic at Delbecque, I think this real estate agency has some areas for improvement. When viewing the rental property, every question you asked was one too many, giving a tour was not an option, the lady simply remained standing in the living room. You had to figure it out for yourself... Communication with the tenant is simply sad. You have to send 2 or 3 emails before you get a response. If you want to get something done that is the landlord's responsibility, you have to wait several months to almost a year until it is taken care of. Invoices and other current documents are full of typos, wrong dates, ... The apartment we were renting was then going to be sold, but instead of saying so immediately, they allegedly came to take photos "because the owner no longer knew what the apartment looked like on the inside", while the owner's daughter lived there for us. The photos were of course used to put the apartment up for sale online. After paying the rental deposit on time, we still received a reminder asking us to deposit the money as quickly as possible. If you ask for a copy of the original water invoice, they will not forward it, you would have to drive to the office specifically to look at it... 5 months after moving, we have still not received a final invoice, even though we have already asked for it several times. Saddening. Glad we no longer rent a home through this office.

      • + For me, this real estate company with strong family ties is highly recommended. Both when selling an existing apartment and when purchasing a new-build apartment. Very knowledgeable, personal and friendly guidance from start to finish. Looking for the best for the customer, but also for the buyer.
