      • - Don’t even bother calling if you speak English and not their native language. I can’t understand how poorly prepared they are, or maybe it’s on purpose. How can someone work in real estate, with let’s say different people and can’t speak basic English. What kind of competence is this? (I really don’t want to believe this was on purpose, or you have too many clients that you don’t care about new ones) Very unprofessional after they don’t even try to communicate with a possible client, they end the call in your face. Let’s say it’s better this way, hope the lady that answered the phone will learn some basic skills at communicating and add some entry level English to her CV.
