  - Money wolves... this comment concerns Albatros as a syndic.. when purchasing a pitch, the notary standardly asks the syndic whether there are any outstanding bills from the previous owner. He charges 300 euros for this, excl. VAT. That's about it. A service that you cannot refuse, cannot choose, ... including VAT, this amounts to 363 euros to be paid via notary for fifteen minutes of work, or less.
