We went through Im² (Immocarré) to sell mom's house near Namur.
This is an area we know little about, and I had no idea of the value of homes in this area.
Fortunately Ms. Mélanie Hoyois gave us very good advice.
She highlighted the strong points, and the faults (there were some) of my mother's home, and from there she recommended a sale price which turned out to be completely consistent.
Mélanie Hoyois took care of the visits to the house which was empty. We did not have to travel (40 km). She communicated to us each week the offers received and contacted us directly when buyers seemed interesting.
She guided us quite quickly towards a serious and reliable buyer, with whom we subsequently had very cordial relations.
As my mother was no longer able to give her consent for this sale, we had to obtain the agreement of the Justice of the Peace. Here too Mélanie told us the papers to provide to the Justice of the Peace, which greatly facilitated this part before the sale.
We have always had answers to our questions, precise, fast and efficient answers, whether by email or by telephone.
Im³ and Ms. Hoyois really helped us.
This saved us time and avoided unnecessary exchanges of emails or letters by telling us directly what was necessary.
