      • - What a bunch of arrogant whiners. Made three home visits, but none, not even a message or phone call.

      • - False information, just adding 100m2 extra to a home. Unreal sales prices, false information both online and from the real estate agents. Stay far away from both buyer and seller. Pure fraud.

      • - I have responded to various homes. These were all rental properties. Houses are in various locations such as Turnhout, Poppel, Hoogstraten.... Viewing submitted via the website. Unfortunately you won't hear anything for a while. We were able to make an appointment for a viewing of 3 homes. And I received a phone call from all the properties before the viewing date with the message that the property has already been rented to other candidates, while I have a viewing appointment scheduled. This is really a shame!

      • - Not even worthy of 1 star. What a worthless organization. Every time I see a Hillewaere sign in the garden, I spontaneously feel sorry for the people who try to sell their real estate with all good intentions. After signing the cooperation agreement with Hillewaere, there was actually radio silence for 3 weeks. Our real estate agent Valerie is/was not at all knowledgeable and did not keep us informed in any way about the steps taken regarding the process of selling our house. Photos were taken and immediately put online. We couldn't even agree. Then the real estate agent was often there later than the viewers themselves and to top it all off, she lets the viewers in through the garage, while we have his beautiful hall as the first entrance. As said, it is false and scandalous that this real estate company has a right to exist at all. They took pictures of the house and posted it online in the hope that a buyer would come along so they could collect the money without putting in any effort. Glad that the 5 months are over and we were able to terminate the agreement early.
