      • - Heylen Vastgoed has once again offered the house that they sold to us in May 2023 for sale. And this now that they are aware of the defect in the house and which requires more than €200,000 in damage to be repaired. So be careful when purchasing Fabrieksstraat 5 in Pelt! Two independent experts have drawn firm conclusions that you almost have to completely strip the house. And where the rear facade with windows has not been installed correctly and WITHOUT the intervention of an expert in the field of modified constructions. This shows that Heylen Vastgoed knowingly and intentionally acts unlawfully in the sale of rejected homes and fails to mention this. There is now also a lawsuit against the selling party. And the real estate agent, Armand Stuivenwold, is aware of everything and there is countless evidence and voice recordings that he would never sell this house. Apparently yes.
