Shameful experience with this agency. First appointment to view an apartment, the real estate agent simply doesn't come and postpones the appointment until a Saturday morning. After 20 minutes of waiting this Saturday, I learned that the apartment has already been rented for several days??

I specifically informed them by telephone that I was about to sign a property with another agency, but that I really fell in love with a property that they had just published. I was assured that I would have priority as the first visitor, giving me a good chance of obtaining the property. However, the day before the scheduled viewing day, I was informed that the property was no longer available, as someone else had already obtained it.
In total incomprehension, they explained to me that the manager had opened new visiting slots for this property, without sharing this information with his team or with the people concerned like me and who made the request well before.
Result = You will have understood that I find myself without the first property that I was about to sign, and now without this one.
In the future, I will use other agencies for my real estate searches!
