Good experience with this agency, despite a somewhat overwhelmed manager in this Covid period. I appreciated being kept informed of the progress of my rental application file and the follow-up of the file by the manager.
Interesting properties for rent, honest contract with the agency. The second agency that I would recommend in Tournai.
Most of the others are just awful and make you feel like a walking wallet.
So GIT is one of the two agencies to choose without hesitation!

Terrible customer service!
A gentleman on the phone with whom an appointment was scheduled for 06/05/2021 at 6 p.m. for an apartment in Tournai completely forgot about me and decided to cancel my appointment without warning (a priori a call in unknown was passed during the day). In addition this gentleman has the nerve to dare the tone by saying that it is my fault because I was warned, no relational. It would be necessary to dismiss this Agent who damages the image of this agency.

This is a serious real estate agency, and not a restaurant as you can see in some reviews!! ;-)
