      • - Lack of professionalism and communication. Unreachable by phone for 2 weeks, then finally answering the phone, not giving any documents with them during a visit, replying very late by email and then partially sending the documents in a format that cannot be opened. I looked up the owner via the cadastral extract and contacted him to hear that the house has been sold. Absolutely not satisfied with how Bjorn D'Hondt treated us! To then lie to the owner about us and claim that he had delivered everything neatly, I find it really scandalous. To finally find the perfect home after a long search and not even have the opportunity to purchase it because of Bjorn's unprofessional behavior, is something even better!
