De filosofie van Carlo Eggermont is eenvoudig van vorm maar daarom niet minder ambitieus. Hij gaat resoluut op zoek naar enerzijds charmante karakterwoningen, anderzijds gunstige opbrengsteigendommen. En hij streeft naar een verkoop op maat van de klant.
Vanuit die visie probeert hij een frisse blik op de vastgoedmarkt te werpen. Nieuwe manieren van leven vragen om een vernieuwende aanpak.
