I am very disappointed in the service I received from Dg real estate. Their service was downright poor and I am not satisfied with my experience.
Firstly, their communication was extremely poor. I tried contacting them several times by phone but they never answered my calls. It was very frustrating to constantly be on hold and not get an answer.
In addition, their customer service was not helpful. I had some questions and concerns about the process, but they didn't seem to care and didn't provide clear answers. It felt like they had no interest in providing good service to their customers.
Finally, the overall experience was just unpleasant. I expected them to guide and support me throughout the process, but instead I felt abandoned. It was clear that they were not doing the best to meet my needs.
In short, I would not recommend Dg real estate to others due to their poor service and lack of responsiveness. There are plenty of other real estate services that offer better support and take the time to listen to their customers.
