      • + Robin from the De Waele office in Middelkerke is really fantastic! He is super friendly and always available if you need him, even outside office hours! If you email, you don't have to wait long for an answer. In addition, Robin knows his trade inside and out and takes the time to provide detailed explanations and advice. No question is too much. Not only Robin, but the entire team at the De Waele Middelkerke office is great. It is a top office with fantastic employees. My experiences with this office have always been positive. A well-deserved 5 stars for me for Robin and the entire team. *****

      • - VERY NAD EXPERIENCE!!!UNFAIR up to and including!!!Prevented the sale of our 200 percent beautiful real estate with a prime location and significantly reduced the price 3 times to LESS!!!1/4 of the total price and extended the contract for another 14 days AFTER THE 6 MONTH to make us (elderly people) take the bait. Reason: admitted that they wanted to buy themselves, or profit motive???. DID NOT ACCEPT and tore their proposal paper. PLEASE NOTE .0 STARS NEVER AGAIN
