If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
We had good contacts with Wesley when selling our home.
When the house was sold with great difficulty and the committee was discussed, the misery started.
Contact was lost and we could no longer reach the real estate office.
The notary had not heard from Wesley until 5 minutes before the deed was signed.
Very bad experience with this real estate agency!

Appointment with the Izegem office (Jan) to view an apartment that is for sale with them, a few days later at 3 p.m. in Blankenberge.
That day of the planned viewing, at 2.30 pm, a phone call from Jan, telling us not to come to the seaside. The owner had planned a visit in the morning and reached an agreement with a prospective buyer. Although not for the asking price, the owner was satisfied with it (it later became clear why...). So no chance to even offer the asking price. Ride of 120 km to the sea, for free.....
Strange... After asking around, it turned out that there was an agreement between the owner and the office that if the owner could sell himself, he only had to pay a small commission to the office. If the office itself was sold, it was the full commission.
So there are two agendas for viewings, that of the owner and that of the office.....
SMS and email were sent about this questionable working method, asking whether the above was correct regarding the reduced commission working method, but the Izegem office did not wish to respond.
I did receive a call from the manager Wesley (Wevelgem), who said that both offices work independently and he has no responsibility in this... and that the Izegem office does not want to talk about it.
Unprofessional, not to mention detonating....

Dit kantoor heeft mijn app. niet kunnen verkopen. Normaal niet verkocht = niet betalen. Toch kreeg ik een faktuur van 400€. Op de verkoopovereenkomst staat dat de verkoper de gemaakte kosten voor dokumenten (bodemattest ...) moet terugbetalen : tot daar geen probleem /maar er staan ook dossierkosten op voor 200€ (??) en dat is niet vermeld in de overeenkomst. Dus pas op : als de makelaar binnenkomt en hij begint te schrijven en je app. wordt niet verkocht lig je zo wie zo al aan een kost van 200€ !! Ik wil hiermee noch de makelaar noch zijn kantoor in een zwart daglicht stellen maar ik vind dat de verkoper moet weten waaraan hij zich kan verwachten bij een niet-verkoop bij dit kantoor. (ik had ook reeds mijn app. aangeboden aan andere makelaars en daarvoor heb ik NUL EURO moeten betalen)
