      • - Too bad 1 star is necessary. When we moved into our rental home, I also took pictures myself, which the young man couldn't help but laugh at. After three years I understand why. Photos of entry are not taken into account and everything will be settled at the expense of the tenant upon exit. Literally everything. This real estate agency only sides with its landlord and ignores honest mediation! Even when the landlord proudly claims to have a 'cover full of complaint letters', this real estate agency refuses to do what it is supposed to do

      • - Tenants are disadvantaged compared to landlords who use Scheldegalm. After all, the tenant is just a "passer-by" in their customer base, while they prefer to represent/defend landlords in any disputes. For example, with a description of the place before & after. And/or any compensation/compensation upon withdrawal... My tip is to be critical when using a building!!! You could be liable for the costs/repairs of original or subsequent defects in a rental property... Scheldegalm will opt to appease the landlord rather than act objectively. You be warned!!!
