      • - Tenants are disadvantaged compared to landlords who use Scheldegalm. After all, the tenant is just a "passer-by" in their customer base, while they prefer to represent/defend the landlords in any discussion points. For example, for description of the place before & after. And/or any compensation/allowance upon exit... Be critical when taking a building into use is my tip!!! You could well be responsible for the costs/repairs of original or later defects in a rental property... Scheldegalm will rather opt to appease the landlord than to act objectively. You be warned!!!

      • - bad experience. Hypocritical people. Friendly to your face, but not behind your back. They side with the seller 100%, minimizing problems (mould in the house was ignored) etc. to avoid.
