Mr Alexandre vandenhende,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to you for your incredible work in selling my home. Your expertise, dedication and professionalism made this experience an exceptional success.
From the first day we decided to work together, your skills proved remarkable. You took the time to understand my needs and expectations, and followed every detail with particular attention. Your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market was a real asset, giving me complete confidence in your ability to sell my house for the best possible price.
Beyond your professional skills, I would like to highlight your warm attitude and your constant availability. You were always there to answer my questions, reassure me throughout the process and offer me sound advice. Your client-centered approach made me feel heard, comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Thanks to your dedication and determination, I was able to achieve my goals and move on to the next stage of my life. I am deeply grateful to you for all that you have done, and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agent.
Once again, thank you so much for your extraordinary work. You've done more than sell a house, you've created a remarkable experience. I wish you the best for the future and hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.

Real estate agent late each time by at least 5 minutes, who does not know his property.. Having to run after them to get "information", response to emails 1 time out of 2 and we were misled twice by the agent (for nonsense but I think that buying a property is stressful enough to add an unnecessary layer). Being a real estate agent also means being there for these clients, when we asked to open the doors for a quote and that ultimately this could be done from the outside I'm sorry but remarks like "If I had known I wouldn't wouldn’t have come” I really don’t find that very professional. It is certain that I would never use this agency to sell and/or buy a property in the future. Damage
