I sold my apartment through Fastgoed. Unfortunately my experience with them was not good. For example, they were very pushy during their non-binding estimate to sell the apartment. During the visit they did everything they could to highlight negative points, so that they could give the lowest possible starting price. In addition, they also let you sign an offer, only to say afterwards that this was also for the lighting and curtains, among other things. I certainly don't recommend them.
