I called to visit and get details. The property was immediately very, very strongly depreciated by the agency to finally understand that they were blocking the bidding war. They have an offer which has not yet been submitted to the owner, nothing is reflected in the ad but no visit possible, no listening for a possible higher bid, not even a single question as to the amount that could be offered nor even as to the borrowing capacity, nor even whether the loan would have been on one or two heads nor for what amount. Not very correct either for the seller or for potential buyers... Assuming that they must have a good friend who has views on the property...

I am currently renting an apartment for sale through this agency.. A REAL ORDER!! The visit time is wrong so days are blocked unnecessarily, I am told 3 visits and once there we fear one without asking permission.
Inventions of work that have never been done, each client has their own version.
I strongly advise against it!
