With my companion we saw a rented house, however we can see that there are no photos of the kitchen, the garden, the bathroom. We therefore decided to send a first email to see if it is possible to have more photos, a week passes, then two, then three still no response. The office hours indicated are from 9h00 to 12h00 then from 13h00 to 17h00 but it is impossible to contact them in the afternoon because visibly closed. It's a shame to miss a rental so stupidly.
I am the co-owner of a building for which the Nélis office is the trustee.
When we arrived, our names were put on the letterbox but not on the bell (which is not serious in itself).
September 4: first email to warn them that our names were not on the bell.
September 13: I relaunch them.
September 14th: they tell me that it will be done during the week.
September 22: I point out to them that this has not been done.
September 27: I still have not received an answer.
NB: I am not able to put my name on the doorbell myself because a charming neighbor took off my label when I did.
I was contacted quickly to follow up on my rental.
They were kind enough to sign the lease on a Saturday and I didn't have to take my leave.
