Bidding system is completely illegal according to notary and BIV. Experience for yourself that it is not waterproof. Finally bought a house through this office. Unpleasant all round. They clearly lack experience. There is unnecessary pressure, documentation is incomplete, they make the whole buying experience very unpleasant. They are very unprofessional and aggressive in all communication, you will no doubt notice this from their response to this message. (And their other responses to reviews)

It was our first encounter with Bordes.
We were received on time by Niels, the tour went perfectly with all the necessary information and documentation.
Niels belongs to the top of Makelaars and in the end we bought the property.
I would say Bordes is one of the better and again Niels a big thank you!

The website of this office is really made to bully the user. It is packed with properties that you cannot buy because they have already been sold. Every time you think you have found your dream home, you click the advertisement open, and somewhere between the photos is an extra photo with the message that the property has been sold. Why advertise properties that have already been sold? What kind of bad character must one have to frustrate people like that?
