Disappointing experience with this agency with Mr. BEKE and especially the owner Ms. DELAET. I don't recommend. Be careful to check that your lease is indeed registered by the owner with public finance since they do not visibly declare this although they assure you that yes.
To avoid!!! Being French, they played on the fact that I was perhaps not informed about Belgian laws.
