      • + Hi There, I am a resident in this apartment(Flat #O1RB) since 30-06-2018. Co-incidentally completing two years this month. About BBF services at Avenue de Roodebeek 78: I live in a studio flat. Having a tangible experience, I must confess, these studios are fairly bigger than most and available at an affordable price. The studio is all equipped and designed to comfort. BBF provides an all essential furnish service. I have not required to bring in anything from my side. For an expat like me, this was a perfect match. The building is secured well and has an open garden on the other end, providing a fair noise cancellation. Talking further about Avenue de Roodebeek 78, the apartment is conveniently located. You are sufficed with essentials outside the apartment, such as: Carrefour Express, Colryut, and a chain of restaurants providing small bites. Importantly, you have a Tram stop (Line 7, 25) and a Bus Stop (Line 28, 79, 76, 21, 29) in the corner. A few meter walk also leads you to Train Station (Meiser). This fulfills all of your transport support. Further details: Starting off as an expat in Oct-2016, I must mention: I have received exceptional service from BBF. I am a customer of BBF services for 3.5 years now. Having occupied first flat for 16 months and the second flat for 24 months. Highlighting key members of BBF who have supported me across these years: Waqass Mehmood, Sam Devolder, Rawa Asaad Shareef. The team is very understanding and has always listened to a tenant's concern. A good example: In an unfortunate event experienced all across the world - COVID 19, I have been stuck in India since March-2020 to Jun-2020, and unable to return back in this period. But despite my absence, thanks to a very co-operative lead - Rawa Asaad Shareef, BBF has been kind enough to maintain my apartment as per schedule provided by me remotely. This really helps a lot and provides a piece of mind, even across continents.

      • - Horrible horrible horrible. I read Aditi Sarkar's review below and it's just like deja Vu! The same thing happened with us at BBF's Renaissance Park Apartments under a person Stijn. They took the deposit in cash initially, advertised it as an all prices included apartment (hence we overlooked the overpriced phenomenon) when we leave they deduct huge amount on fake grounds. They said there was overconsumption of water and electricity (we we're just 2 people and the are very modest with resource usage- also the heater was already broken which they gave) ,the cleaning staff is pathetic, the BBF says the utensils and electric iron is damaged (we already checked everything before vacating and we left the property as it was given to us). They did not share the pictures, proofs, or even agree to show the apartment and forcibly denied to refund the money or even the things they claimed to have been damaged. Totally a fake and unfair business being run. Save yourself guys. By the way after 18 days of vacating the flat still I have no money back. Don't trust them with your deposit money. I'm really looking for some help now from consumer forum in Brussels for justice.
