      • + Due to my parents' move to a long-term care facility and the death of my father shortly afterwards, my sister and I decided to sell the parental home. The good reviews I read regarding... Altro Vastgoed convinced me to hire them. From the very first contact with Beau Van Laeren, I was convinced of the professional approach and my feeling did not deceive me. She was always available from start to finish. The house was put on the market in an excellent manner and was sold in about ten days. She also took care of the transfer of the gas and electricity contracts. She was even present at the signing of the sales agreement (which, according to my notary, was exceptional). If you wish to sell a home, do not hesitate to contact Altro Vastgoed. Thanks Beau for everything.

      • + With Katrien Le Roy you get a top real estate agent, professional, correct, driven and with a thorough knowledge of materials and a good vision of possible renovation projects, the latter also thanks to her background as an architect. Each visit was followed by a briefing, even though in our case there were quite a few. The follow-up was complete throughout the entire process, including the execution of the deed at the notary and even the transfer of the utility meter readings.
