      • - I'm in Knokke for a few days to view holiday apartments for (4-6 months) next year (necessary due to office work). Response from VD Broucke: "We only do viewings when mandates have been received." Where has that customer friendliness gone? In response to the comment below: I understand very well how mandates work, but then you are one of the (very) few offices in Knokke that do not allow viewings during this period. Especially when it concerns (all clearly indicated in the telephone conversation) an apartment that, according to the website, is available until the end of the year and is also available for the (6 months) winter period, including the months Jan/Feb/Mar (where already had a mandate), the period in which I would also like to rent. Knowing this as an owner, I would immediately look for another office for rental. This combination is the reason I wrote a review with one star; not exclusively because the viewings are not possible. This was also my first question during the telephone conversation, to which the immediate answer could have been that viewings are not possible. Further response: My question was about a possible viewing and not directly about rental, because I know that this is not possible at the moment; So what dialogue would you like to have if viewing is made impossible? If the winter period is no longer valid, why is there still the option to choose it and are apartments still shown? Is it really that much to ask to view an apartment that is available for rental from today until the end of the year, even if you are not yet sure whether it will be rented out? Anyway: it is good to know that you will absolutely not be making any viewings or reservations until 1-1-24 (three months); if I want to rent in January, do I have to wait until January 1st ???? Would a viewing have been possible if I had said that I wanted to rent in November? You think this is customer-friendly and we have quite a difference of opinion on that. Fortunately, there are plenty of offices that handle this differently.

Very nice pictures & virtual tour allowing interested people to get already a good and realistic view before spending time on a physical visit.
