      • + Very nice staff, quick response via email or phone. Speak German very well. Booking, handing over the keys and settlement of the deposit super easy, fast and without problems. Pictures and description of the apartment corresponded to the truth. Will definitely continue to book apartments through this agency.

      • - Zero service-mindedness. Staff nonchalant and not very friendly.Very bad communication and responsiveness, apparently a phone call is too much of a hassle for them. I got completely ignored and overseen when interested in buying/renting an apartment (even if an offer is not accepted I think customer care should prevail). Scandalous way of making business. The Belgian coast is high on demand and apparently that gives real estate agents the right to treat potential clients like s... I will not hesitate in spreading the word.
