      • - Signed a contract in July last year for a salvage, helped during the first meeting and after that everything was signed. When our contract came to an end, the trouble started, we neatly sent a cancellation letter to the person mentioned on our contract, afterwards we hear nothing about this and go to this real estate office where no one could tell us who the owner was and where we could go July 31, 2022 we brought in the keys and we were told to get the deposit back within a few weeks, now we are August 30 and we still have not seen a deposit back, there is also no answer by mail and by phone we only get to hear excuses.

      • - Garage rented through the agency. Sent the question to whom I should send the notice as we pay our rent to Lefebvre-Escalona and have also received the keys. Very arrogant guy that we have to send that notice to the landlord. Our question then was why they receive a commission to refer us directly to the landlord. Answer from Escalona: "okay, send the cancellation letter to us, but then you are still attached to the rental contract for 3 years" Very unprofessional and unfriendly!!! While the conversation was still ongoing, the phone was thrown!!! Lefebre-Escalona? Never again
