      • - Signed a contract for a salvage yard in July last year, the first conversation was very helpful and after everything had been signed. When our contract came to an end, the trouble started. We sent a cancellation letter to the person mentioned on our contract. Afterwards we heard nothing about this and went to this real estate office where no one could tell us who the owner was and where we could go. We brought in the keys on July 31, 2022 and we were told that we would get the deposit back within a few weeks. Now it is August 30 and we still have not received the deposit back. There is no response by email and we only receive a response by telephone. to hear excuses.

      • - Garage rented through the agency. I asked who I should send the notice to as we pay our rent to Lefebvre-Escalona and have also received the keys. Very arrogant guy that we have to send that notice to the landlord. Our question was why they receive a commission for referring us directly to the landlord. Answer from Escalona: "okay, send the cancellation letter to us, but then you will still be tied to the rental contract for 3 years." Very unprofessional and unfriendly!!! While the conversation was still ongoing the phone was thrown!!! Lefebre Escalona? Never again
