    Jolie Invest staat voor meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in bemiddeling bij verkoop & verhuur van onroerend goed. Sinds 2004 heeft het kantoor Jolie Invest zijn bestaan dankzij zaakvoerder Annelies Verstraete. Vanaf 2010 trad haar zoon, Nicolas in haar voetsporen. Samen zorgen ze voor een vlotte bemiddeling, waar de klant centraal staat.

      • - As the owner, I had given this real estate agency my confidence in the search for an annual tenant. The real estate agent soon came up with a candidate tenant (who later turned out to be a friend of the real estate agent). It later turned out to be anything but a good tenant and needed 2 judgments from the peace court to be able to evict the resident manu militari.

      • - We rented an apartment through another provider. Jolie invest was responsible for the administration. When we picked up the key we were told that a technician would have to go to the apartment the following day because there was a problem with the bathroom. This would need to be repaired. When we arrived we saw that there was a sewage problem. When the day rolled around, we noticed that the entire bathroom floor was dirty with dark and foul-smelling liquid and asked for it to be cleaned afterwards. Nothing was repaired or cleaned. Upon further request, we were asked to come to the office the following day. Nobody was willing to see it in person, we were just put off. We then cleaned everything ourselves. When showering, the shower rod broke off, the vacuum cleaner was broken and proper cleaning between two tenants looks different. Not good customer service!!!!

      • - Unfortunately no professional cooperation. Rental without informing the owners and thus 'running with the money', both with apartments and garages as well as stands! Follow-up after rental is disappointing and disrespectful (maintenance and check-up for damage). Payments are incorrect, are delayed by x amount of time... You have to be very careful or you will lose a lot. Glad this collaboration has ended. All misery. We gave it several chances but unfortunately it didn't get through.

      • + I had a wonderful apartment. Couldn't come in time for the check in but they'd a solution for us, very friendly. The flat was pretty, we had everything we'd ask for.
