      • - We trusted Mr Hanotiaux for good and only disappointments. Lots of beautiful promises but very little action in return. The gentleman promised us a house sale in record time and at a good price. We had to lower it by 50,000 euros below its estimate after more than 8 months. The gentleman had to take photos of the empty property, which after a month of trying to contact him by telephone were never taken... Mr. had to make changes to the announcements, never done either. We spent our time chasing after him... He will remind you... Which of course only happens very, very rarely! We decided to call on someone else, because the lack of seriousness and the lack of involvement is obvious. In my eyes to avoid unless you have time and money to waste. . To answer you, Mr. Hanotiaux: An offer 10,000 euros below the market value and 40,000 euros below the estimated value of 230,000 euros... or rather 90,000 euros of your first estimate. Since, as a reminder, you assured us that we would sell it for 270,000 euros in one month! I wouldn't argue with you. You are not serious. I had to call dozens of times to get a report on the visits, to ask to put up a poor sign at the side of the road. I also called a family member to verify my doubts. No phone call returned for the visit to the property.... Question yourself...

      • + I met Mr. Hanotiaux several times during the (quick) sale of my house in Velaine sur Sambre. The conditions of the contract were read together and explained. Very involved, I believe that he then supported me very well and informed me throughout the procedure.
