We had a visit scheduled and the lady just, according to her, "simply forgot about the appointment". It was not really nice because we had to arrange with work to be there, only to see someone who's supposed to be professional in real estate not taking it seriously... She appeared to be not apologetic at all! Which was shocking. I only wish the business will go well, and her other clients don't get what we had got from her.
