Caution: I want to share my experience with Actibel agency to warn others. My interactions with their employee, Miss Gladyas de Sauvage, were consistently rude, and I encountered numerous false claims. They even refused to take a responsibility of the commitments made by their previous employees, after I found they still work there.
I strongly advise against renting from Actibel. They presented a questionable report under the name SAVI SC after a building survey, potentially to exploit tenants and their rental guarantees. If you're already a tenant, please gather evidence, as Actibel's trustworthiness is questionable.
Additionally, Actibel charged excessive fees for undisclosed meter readings, and despite my attempts to communicate about my rental guarantee, they have ceased responding to my emails. They even disposed of my inventory without consent.
Their false claims tormented me mentally. I gathered all evidence and engaged in email communication for approximately two months. After many efforts, I received only half of my rental guarantee. I am still awaiting a response regarding the return of the other half.

RUN AWAY! Too bad we can't give less than one star because they don't even deserve it.
We wanted to visit an apartment, last visiting time 4 p.m. I ask if it's not possible to organize later because I'm working and won't be able to be there by 4 p.m. and I'm answered curtly, "But I'm working too." Well, I accept and arrange to leave the office early. The lady from the agency arrives 15 minutes late and doesn’t even say hello. Arriving in front of the apartment, the current tenant was not informed of our visit and refuses entry (which is completely his right). The lady starts to force it and it becomes very embarrassing. We ended up leaving without having done the visit, then hearing the lady getting angry about the tenants even though she was the only one responsible!!
In short, lack of respect and professionalism!
