    Yvimat BVBA werd opgericht in mei 2003 en is een jong, dynamisch en vooruitstrevend vastgoedkantoor gevestigd in het centrum van Zwevegem, een vestiging die heel wat voordelen biedt, ook voor u als klant!

      • + Great service! Everything was neatly prepared and both the viewing and the signing of the rental agreement at Yvimat's office were pleasant and without problems. If you are looking for a property to rent or buy, I can definitely recommend Yvimat's service!

      • - Very disappointed in the approach to the rental file where, as the heir to a rental contract, I was disadvantaged in every possible way and dealt with harshly to raise as much money as possible for the owner. My views were completely ignored. I also did not appreciate the telephone I received asking where the key was and whether my deceased father could open the door while the key was already in their possession.

      • - It's a shame that a star has to be given at all, because this office certainly doesn't deserve one. They are not friendly, difficult to reach, exhibit extremely discriminatory behavior, do not keep agreements and play customers against each other. Very disappointing that so many people continue to choose them as a partner in renting out their home. It does not benefit either the tenant or the landlord.
