First of all, know that if you want to pause your application for a rental with them, it is in your best interest not to make spelling mistakes when you write, this would be detrimental to your application!!! This is what one of their agents clearly told us when visiting a rental property! So, for this agent, we cannot say that he was not sympathetic, however he is conspicuously absent. After sending our file, we were no longer able to contact him until 2 months later we decided to go see what was happening on site, in the agency. Once there, he claims to have never received any emails or messages concerning us. Strange since the email address we had in his name was correct and my partner and I had had his colleague on the phone several times who told us to pass the message on to him... in short...
When we were at the agency, he was accompanied by a colleague (a middle-aged lady) who was as pleasant as a prison door and full of herself. Really, I've never seen service like this anywhere else. Honestly, move on if you see a wafina ad.

Be careful with this agency, no respect when it comes to future tenants!
Despite a visit carried out professionally by Yohan, having the deposits and the first rent available, no follow-up, no more answers despite a complete file sent!
We go there and the agency manager looks at us with a haughty look and says "I might know why you are coming to Waremme"!!!
Except that we explained it during the visit and in the email sent in the file!
Despite several emails with no response, we go there, we are promised to keep us informed and NOTHING!
Fortunately we found a more serious agency with real support and found accommodation!
To think that Wafina during the visit advised us to put our notice directly at our current address to have a better chance of quickly having accommodation!!!
Fortunately we found an agency worthy of the name, otherwise on March 1st we were on the street!!!
