      • - At the end of 2023 we were allowed to make a quote for heritage managed by ST-T WC. this was approved. After approval, I made an appointment with Bart to map everything out. During this viewing, new work was proposed on the same building. These new activities were presented as: "can you check the gutter/cornice while you are at it?" This hanging gutter is visibly in need of renovation: Trespa plates are hanging off, Trespa screws have pierced the waterproofing, extra work to empty the cornice. In short, this was not a job formulated as "you can check the hanging gutter/cornice while you are at it" After this viewing we made proposals again, with questions also asked: Should a repair be made, should it be remade... first I was communicated that they needed to reconsider. After a long period of rest, I was casually told that they were going to cancel the work completely. The problem with this is that we invested a lot of effort and energy in a solution that was loss-making. (approve work, ask for additional expertise and then withdraw your word)
