      • - - if it concerned costs that SF was obliged to incur, we were kept on the line for a long time + we were told that we had to incur them until the municipality/lawyer was called in. - Jef Hendrickx, project leader at SF, extremely amateurish, rude and very unfriendly. - height difference in reality, while this was not visible on the plans, this was also the responsibility of us to solve - several things broken in less than 2 years - and certainly don't open your electricity box, because then you will see that it is about building quantity of houses and not about quality.

      • + We appreciate the enormous professionalism of the company and employees! We had a problem with our gutter and the SF construct company immediately came to solve the problem. Friendly employees, good advice and immediate solutions. Thanks again !

      • - If I could put zero, I would. Company with dubious, even mafia-like, methods. After-sales service non-existent. Multiple construction errors. Big insulation problem with the neighboring house. I hear everything my neighbor does (talking, sneezing, coughing, laughing, crying, cumming...). Experts came to see all this. BUT SF still does nothing. And this, after more than 3 years of complaints from 4 different houses.
