I am writing to you to express my great disappointment with your agent Logan Baetens.
We had an appointment tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. to visit a property. This appointment was made 2 weeks ago. He called me today, less than 24 hours before the appointment, to tell me that he has another more important appointment and that he is therefore unilaterally canceling our appointment, without offering me a solution. that suits me (such as asking one of his colleagues to do the visit in his place)!
I find this lamentable of him, especially when you know that we expressly postponed our departure on vacation to come and visit this property.
You can remove me from your list of potential clients, and I will not fail to talk about this experience with your agency and him around me.
